Isaac and the Chickens

Halis and I are often asked whether or not Isaac enjoys our chickens. I took a couple of photos today that I think will answer those questions. Here is Isaac with Snuggle Bug:

Treasures of the Kitchen Cabinets

Isaac has now fully discovered some of the many treasures that lie just beyond the kitchen cabinet doors.

NOE Visit.

This past Thursday, Isaac and I went to visit our friends at NOE. It had been almost 3 months since we had made a visit and it was high time that Isaac saw his "Aunties & Uncles" from my former workplace. We had a great time (although being there reminded me of how much I miss everyone). Isaac passed out kisses and high-5s all around. He also melted a few hearts with his irresistable charm! Here are a couple of photos:



This is Jolene and Isaac. He kept reaching for Jolene to hold him and then he would lay his head down on her chest. She loved it.



This is Gail and Isaac. They enjoyed some delicious salt & vinegar chips together. Yummm... thank you Sherri!

Trouble Comes in Twos

Isaac and his dog, Jack, make quite a pair.




They are inseperable and love to be "naughty" together. As I am typing this, they are in the front yard playing together. Isaac is riding his tractor, while Jack is running around him in circles with a long piece of rope in his mouth. The more he runs, the more he winds the rope around Isaac and the tractor, and the more Isaac laughs.

Sometimes I wonder if they think they are brothers.

This morning, I caught Isaac feeding his breakfast to Jack. As you can see by the following picture, Isaac thought it was hilarious that he was caught.

Isaac's Shoelaces

Isaac has a "thing" for shoelaces, ribbons, scarves and anything else that he can wrap around his neck. He was so proud of these shoelaces today.

Don't you just love that face? It is simply amazing. He is so wonderful to be around.
